All Road Management (ARM) was created by Nicolas Todt at the end of 2003 with the aim of helping young talented racers up the motorsport ladder and into the ultimate challenge, Formula One. The right environment is necessary to help nurture and hone a young driver's skills. ARM developed this speciality by providing the necessary contacts, finances and opportunities.

ARM’s field of action covers the sporting and management sides as well as all the necessary physical and mental training from the best specialized centres in Europe. Their aim is to give the driver every possible chance to focus on one thing only: racing.

Felipe MassaIt all started when Nicolas Todt met and forged a very strong friendship with Felipe Massa who became ARM’s first asset. Back in 2003 when the Brazilian was Ferrari test driver, Nicolas took him under his wing and put Felipe back in a race cockpit. Since then, Felipe showed he had all what it takes to be a Champion when he finished as high up as runner-up in the Formula One world championship, one point away from the crown.

Since the start of this successful partnership, ARM has added several other talented drivers to its client list, Jules Bianchiincluding up and coming French star Jules Bianchi, who has worked his way through the junior formula to become F3 Euro Series champion in 2009 and best GP2 rookie in 2010 as well as becoming the first driver in Ferrari’s Driver Academy.

Pastor Maldonado

Aaro Vainio joined All Road Management in 2009.
The Finnish driver became European and World Championship runner-up in his first season in the strongest karting category.

Aaro Vainio In 2010, Aaro took a big step forward in his career entering car racing in the Formula Renault 2.0 Eurocup, ending the season in 4th place. In 2011, he raced in the GP3 Series as a learning year before to aim for the top spots in 2012.

Charles LeclercThe latest addition in the ARM team is young Monaco driver Charles Leclerc. Charles didn’t wait long before bringing to ARM great results since he won in 2011 the KF3 World Cup and the KF3 CIK-FIA Academy Trophy. Leclerc will continue his learning curve in go-kart for the next year.
