MARCUS ARMSTRONG

New Zealand has a long history of producing talented racing drivers and Marcus might just be the next big thing in Kiwi racers. Born in 2000, he began karting at the age of ten, winning all there was to win in his home country, before making the inevitable move to Europe in 2015 to race on karting’s world stage. In 2016, he was signed up to the prestigious Ferrari Driver Academy. Progress was rapid and by 2017 he moved up to single-seaters, with a sensational debut season winning the Italian F4 Championship and taking the runner-up spot in the German one. In 2018, he finished fifth in the FIA Formula 3 European Championship and this year, with the Prema team, he continues in that series, as well as the Toyota Racing Series.
